Hardly SFA worthy since it's just about basic cyber crimes... We all know that hacking, keylogging, spreading viruses, etc should be illegal, because it's other people's property that you're messing with.

I'm talking about just basic website hacking, not none of the hardcore Carding, or bank theft stuff here.

Do you think that hacking someone's website should be illegal? However, in Russia, its not. There is no internet rules there.

In russia website hacks you.

Anyways i say it should be illigal but it's a bit hard because different country's have different rules.

It should be illegal. It's essentially the same thing as breaking and entering into someone's home. Even if you walk in and don't do anything, it's still illegal.

More or less along the lines of simply trespassing. But nonetheless, I agree.

My point of view website hacking should be illegal. But if someone freaks out about it, its more likely there fault for not making there website more secure.

Yes it should be illegal.

Imagine its a website that has information about the person on it, very important info.

Consider it, that your going into someones safe in their room and looking at all there info, and possibly fucking it all up before leaving.

Yes, it should be illegal, its not illegal in Russia because Russia is retarded and is crime ridden as fuck.

thats same as stealing from someone
don't see why it should be legal
