CVLS - Staking?

Hey, I'm just wondering if CVLS is good for Staking? I'm currently 44 Combat and 20 Attack, 70 Strength and 60 HP.

Yeah I think they sell for wayyy higher than market price.

yes they do hit well can be a let down tho for the amount payed would be worth it for big 500m+ stakes.

wouldnt cwh be better?

edit: found contradicting information on rs wiki, cwh page says 6 attack speed, while normal stat hammer page says 4 attack speed. Which is it?
