cuzimturk bandispute

how long am i temporarly banned for? i didnt scam any1.. that guy was a new comer.. i trusted him and thought id give him a go.. i payed him 23m ingame for $23 and it was all sweet just so he could look good and ban me he put up msn talk and said i didnt pay him and that i scammd his $23 which i did give him.. how ever i dont have any proof because i dont take screenies of evry trade i do... so please unban me, and next time anything like this happends again i will report in sum1 like that straight away. please let me know asap waiting for a response
