I have no idea, in our apartment there is normal router like in my house and it is working perfect.

Guys. I am on the trip, i don't have the password for the panel admin to router here and i can't block their computers or change router password. That software would work on the public wi-fi's i don't know maybe the public routers are protected or something, there(in apartment) is typical router like in my house and it's working fine.

 

My cousin used to kick his family off the internet to play Call of Duty without lag, good times haha.

 

Edited out the OP. While far from being some advanced hack it is still black hat (ish). It's basically a form of local DDoSing. Instead of looking to kick your siblings or other people off a network forcibly you should try talking to them like a reasonable human being.
