    Customer requesting Refund?

    I recently sold an account, but the player who I sold it to wants a refund due to real life related issues.

    Am I obligated to grant him the refund?

    I feel as I am the original owner and that someone else has had access to the account, I have devalued the account and put the security at risk which makes the account harder to sell.

    (The account is a maxed 126 main on OSRS)

    Whatever the outcome make sure your not getting scammed, first off make sure the yser that wants a refund is actually that user. (Hacked, imposter or whatever) to combat this i'd ask the user to make a report to ensure its actually him to get a home ip match. Trust me ive had people ask me countless of times to recover an account for them impostering the person i sold it to, or they hacked the sythe account and found out some of the details. if they paid with paypal make sure you use the refund option. In all honesty i would make a report regardless, i dont think a user should be allowed to ask for a refund on an account just because.
