    As per the TOS of the trade we have the right to recover the account with NO REFUND owed at all.


    We understand i forgot to get his discord UID in a Sythe PM so a DNT is not really what i'm after, it's so this trade is documented so no potential report can be made about the recovery of the account.

    I'm not convinced the Sythe account lines up with the Discord here as there is no evidence connecting them.

    That aside, there is enough proof that the user agreed to the terms of your payment plan so @LCEsales is free to recover the account as they have gone past the date their payment was due. @LCEsales does not need to refund the initial payment as stipulated in their agreement.

    However, any wealth remaining on the account must be returned to the customer.

    I've screenshared with @LCEsales and there was no wealth of note on the account, so there is nothing for him to return to the buyer.

    Andy edit: There was additional proof provided that this customer and Sythe account are connected, so I've given them a TWC for poor trading practices here. Relevant report: https://www.sythe.org/reports/450009/
