Custom spels anyone?

Ok so does anyone know where to find a guide on how to make ancustom spell? Denial said he was gonna post one but I don't think he did.

What about attributes of items? I wanna make a new brace that looks like an opal brace. I want it to do the following:
1) grant unlimited of all types of runes. I was gonna have a look at the air staff to get an idea on how to do that.... But if anyone want to help me there it would be much appreciated.
2) grant the user a super high boost to constitution and magic.

Any help?
