Custom Software/Program

I've heard of this program created for other colleges, but I don't think there are any for my specific one.

It should only have a few basic functions:
- Load the list of classes you're able to register for
- Continuously check when the classes open
- Automatically registers for you when a closed class opens

It's really a struggle for me to register since the classes I'm eligible for close very quickly, and it's a pain in the ass to literally sit in front my computer all day refreshing the page, hoping it miraculously opens.

If you have the ability to create a program like this, quote me a cost and we'll work something out if you have the qualifications.
