Custom Mini-Ranks

For those users who have donated $100s to the site, I feel it would be a great idea to add a custom mini rank.

Basically they get to make their own mini rank. Obviously it would have to be a specified size and would need to be approved, but it would be a nice little feature for the sites top donors

 

I always felt like 100$ donor dont have much perks. I guess I would support a custom minirank to those donors 100$+.

Edit :actually, there's too much people 100$+ so there would be too much custom miniranks.

Maybe 2 prizebox = untradeable custom minirank? And this can only be done with people 100$+.

No support, devaluation of other miniranks, plus the fact that administrators have to go in and make the miniranks. We have alot of $100 donators.

I'd support this as a $500 donation perk though seeing as that has not much more perks and it has less people

 

I added the s to $100s as in people who donated $100 mulitple times. $500 would be great, but definitely an untradable mini-rank

If the $500 donors get 1 untradable custom mini-rank it won't bring an unnecessary burst of mini-ranks. %1 of Sythe's donors have donated that much.

There are already hundreds of mini-ranks though

 

the 1% thing, that still means 1% of 398,268, which means, thats an extra 3982 miniranks.

 

There would be inconsistency issues with the minirank directory within the user center.

Do all custom miniranks get added to it?
Will this increase more repetitive questions in regard to miniranks?

I'm going to say no support because of these issues and more.

 

I don't think there is no real need for it tbh, there are enough miniranks and people who donate $300-$500+ didn't do this to get custom miniranks... I suppose.

 

No support. There are already a bunch of ranks, and people are gonna suggest stupid ones. If you have an idea for a new minirank, you can always post it, and it may be added.

No, there's no reason to.
The perks that are there is enough imo.

 

I think 1 minirank per $100 donated would be awesome. Think about it, hasn't there been an image that you have always wanted as a minirank but has been denied on the minirank suggestions that Richard puts out every now and then? There's absolutely positively no harm to it, and it only makes users of the site happier. I give this 100% support.

Maybe in your opinions there are "enough" miniranks, but what if you want your own. Remember, you're not infringing this on other people and forcing them to use the miniranks or even adding them to the list of available miniranks, it's only for the person using it.

 

There are already a plethora of them that aren't yet circulated. There are a lot of 100$ donations, meaning a tonne of miniranks to create and add.

Not going to happen.
