Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I understand the reasoning as to why I got a TWC so I'm not going to be disagreeing with it, For the Obadias report he built up a large tab with us as our staff team purchase a lot of gold from him on a daily basis and he wanted to cash it out however there was a misunderstanding/miscommunication between our staff which resulted in him waiting longer than reasonable.
For the report video made a similar situation he waited longer than he should have for the payment resulting in the report being made.

Since these reports occurred I had my team work on and develop a new system to handle larger payments which has just been completed so anyone who runs a tab with us is not dependent on having 1 person handle them and take long to send. That way more of our staff are able to cash out tabs our suppliers have with us. I'm sorry to both Obadias and Video for the delay in payments and will do everything I can to make sure these delays don't occur again. I will be having more staff follow up with payments that they notice are being requested rather than Just the 1 who was previously handling larger pay outs. I want to ensure anyone who works with us or supplies us gold gets the best experience they can out of it and not have any problems conducting business with us. We're also going to be implementing TOS for tabs to make sure they're handled and communicated better between my team and anyone who currently runs them with us to prevent any sort of future problems before they happen. My reputation means a lot to me and i never want to give anyone a negative experience which is why I personally will be monitoring tabs and having another worker keep updates on them to make sure these situations do not happen again.

Voting on this when there's still an active report pending feels a little odd. Please pay your debts.

 

I cant agree with Zora sadly because the payment was only sent and resolved BECAUSE video made a report. They weren't even acknowledging his messages while asking for more money. It would not have been hard to have a proper manager or employee to at the very least respond to videos request and let them know they are working on it.

But to ignore him blatantly for many hours then magically it gets instantly paid and resolved when he makes a report?
This only proves that they could have paid him at any point in time they wanted to and just decided to do it when a report was made.
Should have at the very least had communication with someone you owed money to and was requesting it.

 

I understand both sides, but I'm more on the fence with what Zora said so I'll support

I will support. I could see a subsequent TWC-worthy offense resulting in a DNT - please don't do this again.

 

There has been no further issues from Chicks, and I would have supported a second dispute from Chicks.
Since Chicks could have opened a second dispute by now and this one isn't even done I'll be changing my vote to a support.
