Explanation of the trade:
I was purchasing Roatz pkp from him. I sent over $14 USD, but after I sent it, he said it wasn't enough and he couldn't do a trade for this amount. He wanted $140 instead. I told him to either give me $14 worth or return the money. It's been 3 days, and I haven't received the pkp or a refund.
How they scammed:
He initially told me he couldn't trade in Ethereum (ETH) or Tether (USDT) but would proceed with Roatz as we had originally agreed. However, he claimed not to have the required amount for the trade at that time. I chose to be patient and understanding. Nevertheless, he proceeded to ignore my messages for a few days, and it now appears unlikely that he will refund my money. Consequently, I have decided to file a report
