Credit card upgrades allowed?

I remember there used to be a sticky in the old membership section where it said credit card upgrades weren't allowed.

I'm guessing this is due to charge backs and such.
I no longer see the sticky, I would like to know whether or not this is allowed at the moment?

 

Uhm, Jagex doesn't let you use the same credit card more than once to upgrade an account.

 

Yeah same cc cant be used for more than one account like RSSalesGuy stated.
So I dont think you can even do it.

 

you can if you put in the credit card, then cancel it off the account..
