Take a basic high-school physics class and learn something about the world.

    Have a look.

1). Humans and apes evolved from a common ancestor.

2). Groups of apes can split, with one evolving, and the other not.

Please, do not ask questions that can be resolved with a simple Google search.

Scientific definition of theory: A well-substantiated amalgamation of facts, evidence, predictions, and explanations that is logically coherent. It is not, as the gullible public would have you believe, a mere guess.

He's actually correct. Take a basic philosophy class and learn about causation.

I meant living. Sorry. And, for anything to be taught in school, it has to be a fact. They cannot do another evolution, so therefor, it cannot be proven. So, it's not a fact, so it shouldn't be in school. AND, not everything on the internet is true. Those 'skulls' from an 'evolved' ape, could be from a small black man.

"Generally, a fact is defined as something that is true, something that actually exists, or something that can be verified according to an established standard of evaluation" - Wikipedia.

With that said, We can verify gravity exists. We can see it's true, so therefor, it's fact.

I don't know if you know how evolution works, but it essentially uses the principle of natural selection, or survival of the fittest. If a species doesn't have what it takes to survive, they die.

Not true. Theories are taught in school all the time.

Also consider - it is impossible to know anything for certain except through a priori logic and experience (I seem to feel pain, etc.).

What do you mean, they cannot do another evolution? Life is constantly evolving.

A small black man. Yes, those small black men with half-sized skulls buried in solid rock do cause us some problems.

Look up causation, by the way. Hume seemed to like it.

I've never studied evolution, and don't care to. I'd rather study facts.

Apes don't evolve into man, or we'd see it happening* (We'd kinda notice it happening, considering it would take a couple million years or so, I don't know, so there'd most likely be some half-ape-half-men.

Ok. Go find some information on fossil records, genetic similarities between species, physiological similarities, and geographic distribution of both species and fossils.

There used to be some forms of ape-men, but given the fact that modern humans were vastly superior, they could not afford to compete with us, and they died.

If I use the principles of causation then I would fall to the ground because of the phenomenom known as gravity. Do you have some other cause that could result in me falling to the ground? If my understanding of causality is wrong, I'm sorry. I never took a philosophy class.

Now THAT is a theory. Linky proof. Reliable source. As in no private websites, only largely known websites, no Wiki.

I leave it to scientists. It's not my job to label something factual.

You make dire pronouncements about the veracity of evolution, but when challenged on the facts, you "leave it to the scientists"?

What evidence do you have of creationism?

You just used wikipedia to define fact. We can use it if we want.

Actually, I just generalized the vast body of evidence for evolution. Check it out.

Evolution has been proven, creationism hasn't. I think neither should be taught in school though.

And the definition of fact, has no one arguing it, so, there for it's a valid definition.

I don't think I ever did brand it 'false'. I know I branded it as a theory, alot.
And you have the right to say there's no God, right?

It's only a theory to the extent that you cannot travel back in time and witness its occurance. The evidence is right there, all you have to do is read it!

Not to say that there's no God, but to dismantle your arguments for one, certainly.
