    creating new RS accounts
    hey im having a problem anytime i create a new account (attempt to create) it says unfortunately you cant create an account or something along those lines. anyone know why?

    creating new RS accounts
    Try to make a new account through the powerbot's client. If it doesn't work, I don't know.
