Creating a Store From Scratch - Helps, advices

Hey everyone, I want to start my own accs shop, so I was wondering what rules I should have in my shop or what the common rules are. It would be a hassle, and I wouldn't want to copy someone else's terms and be lazy.
Please provide rule recommendations and tips, as well as advice on how to run a shop.
I've been thinking about doing this for a long time, so it's exciting for me.

There are a lot of things worth considering when opening an account shop. The market for buying and selling accounts is a bit more tricky than just buy/sell gold, or selling services. I would highly recommend, at least at first, for you to be the OO of all accounts you plan to sell. You will find that it is difficult to get people to trust you when you have no reputation, so starting with some cheaper accounts to build rep might be a good idea. Understand there is a lot of work that goes into owning something, and it's a very competitive market with many other people trying to make a business out of the same thing as you. Another great way to help establishing a bit of reputation would be donating to sythe, people will take you more seriously if they see you've donated something here; especially since you have a very new account.
