I am currently taking Pure WPI and never used Creatine before can anyone tell me anything about it. Someone said you can mix them together.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle, by increasing the formation of Adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Creatine was identified in 1832 when Michel Eugène Chevreul discovered it as a component of skeletal muscle, which he later named creatine after the Greek word for meat, κρέας (kreas). In solution, creatine is in equilibrium with creatinine.[1]

I use Creatine Monohydrate (http://www.creatinemonohydrate.net/) which are the "next" generation Creatine. This is supposedly better than "regular" creatine. Been on it for 2 months now, and I see much faster improvements than I did before I used it. Just remember to drink ALOT of water when using it, and read up on it, lots of stuff around the internet.

Good luck!

Well i would suggest you quit using creatine, it is really not good for your health, rather use Amino acids ,Protein and L carnitin. You will see good results soon.

i took NO xplode and would mix creatitine monohydrate in it and NO xplode is a product made for mixin with creatine and works great i bench 380 and squat 500 but three years ago couldnt bench 100 or squat 200

Creatine is not harmfull, but not good in any way.
It makes your muscle look bigger because it fills them with water.
Just eat healthy, and gym alot my friend :)

Go to bodybuilding.com... Bunch of remedials on this site when it comes to bodybuilding.

creatine is just dumb to me. It bloats your muscles and makes them LOOK bigger.. then when you stop taking it they shrink. Theres no short cuts to working out, just hard work and protein.

From what I've noticed when people start to take creatine they put on a lot of water weight, and really just makes the person look more bloated then ripped. Personally, I stick to eating lean meats.

Creatine is a useful training aid, I would however reccomend that you drink a lot of water if using it. To get the best of both worlds you should try and whey and creatine mix. Take before and after exercise and you should see results fairly quickly.

I wouldn't reccomend mixing, there's no real reason to depending on the product you're using. Make sure you're working out with it though, if you slouch it's not going to build muscle mass, it will build mass.

They help repair your muscle and bloat the muscle I believe, I have it when I take my Maximuscle shake.

I used to take it helped me push in 1-2 reps more didn't really do alot for me
