Hmm you can actually make this faster, by instead of banking at castle wars bank at this guy whos near the anvil, apparently if you talk to him he lets you bank for 15 trading sticks or something, making it a heck of alot faster, However I'm not a member so I cant log on to show pictures on how to do it so your have to find out yourself

And I may have a few more good guide, but not sure if I want to release them any time soon

They did 2 weeks before I posted the guide, and no one knew about it, like I said I'm done with runescape so I havent tested it recently.
