Creamlords dispute

First of all i'd like someone else then @Tyler review this as I don't feel he's neutral on this.

Ban reason that was shown to you: Posting a irl selfie of someone in sythe discord.
Additional details/story:
Alright, this all happend yesterday, but the day prior to yesterday me and Beast had some arguement in the discord, so that started it.
Well, yesterday I came across his selfie on-site and posted it in discord, I read the rules afaik and figured it stated only off-site posting isn't allowed.
I meant no harm or anything.
I am quite new and I haven't done anything wrong other then this, i'm a nice lad i'd say so, and I think 1month ban is way too harsh.
It was just some sort of troll vibe going on and I went along with other people and that lead eventually to posting the pic, i'm sorry..
Again I read rules stating that off-site wasn't allowed but figured discord was okay to post hence beast uploaded the pic himself on-site.
I promise I won't make this mistake again, and will read all the rules properly so things like this won't happen again.
Please reconsider the ban as I really think it's way too harsh.
