Paypal just announced changing the fees for F&F - Make sure you read this!

We’re removing the variable rate pricing for sending money to friends and family members who have PayPal accounts in a country other than the United States when you send money using PayPal balance or your bank account and introducing a new flat fee of $2.99 or $4.99 per transaction depending on the recipient’s country. However, when you send money using your credit card, debit card, or PayPal credit you will be charged the new flat fee per transaction depending on the recipient’s country + 2.9% of the transaction amount + a fixed fee based on the currency.


$2.99-$4.99 per transaction if ur sending to someone NON-US.

GG using paypal for any sort of small gold buying/small transactions.

Want to send $5 to ur friend in the UK? It'll cost you $10 lmao.

Want to send 5-10 payments out to pay for small gold quanitys or buy some small items/currency? Yep its going to cost you $3-$5 PER SEND.

 

still better than $30 btc sending fee

Isn't this just for personal payments? If you're using Goods/Services (like you're supposed to when you buy stuff), it shouldn't matter. If you receive money for goods or services, the fee for each transaction is still 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount you receive.

 

BTC sending fee is $.01 lol.

 

Why the fuck wouldn't they when retards like you evade fees and run your entire business on friends and family?

Payments sent as G&S are held 21 days on customers accounts.

Customers don't want to wait 21 days for their money in ANY market, nobody pays G&S and nobody accepts it, ever.

The only time G&S payments are NOT held are if u meet several conditions such as:

-You waited 60 days from the time u received ur first G&S payment
-You received over 10-100(Depending on amount) G&S payments total
-You had no disputes/chargebacks on any payments
-Etc

99% of the industrys your average customer does not meet the above requirements for G&S to be instantly available.

Long term traders? Sites? People who have been in the industrys using PP a long time? Yeah those guys might but that's literally like 1/100th of the people who actually use paypal to accept payments. The other 99% is ALWAYS F&F because they don't meet the requirements.

 

They're not always held for 21 days, it depends on the state of the receiving paypal account.

Is a complete lie as I've sent plenty of payments as G&S and not had anyone complain as long as I covered fees.

 

I used to try to send G&S and customers would always demand they refund it and I resend or they want their gold back.

Infact I've NEVER- EVER, in all my years of trading been able to get someone to accept a G&S payment - EVER.

Not once.

I had to check over my paypals just to confirm - I've attempted to send 19 G&S payments and every single one is marked refunded and I resent it as F&F.

I actually didn't know that until I just searched a more detailed search, I've never had anyone accept G&S lol.

 

Guess we just have different suppliers

 

I don’t know why you’re running into that issue as that’s never been an issue for me. Whether on my own accord or on behalf of someone, sending as G&S wasn’t an issue so long as they received the amount they were supposed to receive. Multiple instances it wasn’t immediately available and after informing them why they didn’t care. I’m sure there was a couple that only required a refund due to needing the funds immediately though.
