    Is your computer hot?

It really is the heat that kills, not usually the CPU. Granted, having it at the max won't HELP future performance, but being hot really will harm it.

Well 30c is normal running temp, 50c is a bit high but if not for more than 2-3 hours than you should be fine. If you start hitting 70-75c then you should probably turn it off and cool it down,

    Are all your fans clear?

Do you have a thin layer of thermal place on it?

Your computer can handle things up to 100 degrees C usually. Of course, anything over or at that level will do damage so try not to get it above 99 =]. I've ran a few computers at 100 C for a while and they're still fine tbh but I don't recommend it.

No. 50c is perfectly fine to be running at. If it's a tower that you build, you could upgrade your CPU cooler. If it's a laptop you could get a cooling pad. If its a prebuild desktop you can most likely fit another fan or two if you're worried but there really isn't much need. You could also go into power management settings and limit your CPU to like 90%. It won't hit performance all that much and will cool it down.

50 degrees is like a walk in the park for the system. I wouldn't worry about that at all. I'm liquid cooled and I run around 45-50 idle (though my cpu is overclocked to the limit)

I feel that is a bit hot for average isn't it?

Mine never really goes above 40c unless it is video rendering or I am using photoshop. I understand it CAN withstand more, but arn't you worried about over heating if you let it go that hot for too long?

Mine idles at 35ish but it will go up to 60 or 70 under a load for awhile. It really is not all that big a deal.

No its not high at all, like I said my cpu is heavily overclocked. Over clocking brings up temperature. It's still stable under high load (livestreaming+gaming really pushes the system to the limit) and I never have any issues at all.

That's not because of the temp, I can assure you. I'm running at about 60 peak right now with my CPU at near 100% (Gaming+Streaming, I have my stream set to a high cpu preset)

It's your graphics card. Make sure it's the correct drive and is up to date.

Figure out what your card is, then search for the correct driver. After you download it, completely uninstall the drivers you have installed, then install the drivers fresh.

If you're on windows you can find out what graphics card you have by typing 'dxdiag' (without quotes) into the start menu. When it's open go to the display tab, and then it will come up with a bunch of facts about your display including your graphic card's name.
