Im looking to buy some np..Couple quick questions first:

If I have premium, will I be less likely to be banned?

Whats the max amount of np to buy with it still being relatively safe?

[Kemich]

Just bought 5M neopoints from cp, smooth, easygoing, nice, quick seller, totally trustworthy. Best np seller I have encoutered so far A+++++++

Premium makes transactions safer, but keep in mind that no transaction is 100% safe.

Most I've ever sold all at once is 15M in items, transferred all through trades. I would say around there is the limit.
