CowTipper IS being reported.

Ok so the deal was supposed to work as follows:
I give him my world of warcraft account details, he can change the pass
Then he gives me his runescape account details

After giving him my part of the bargain, he went and changed the details. After waiting nearly 5 minutes he gave me a password that was incorrect, when i asked him for the correct password, he logged off. That was over 5 hours ago and I have yet to see him on since. My proof as follows-

Proof he was cow tipper, and he knew the trade we were doing:

I am asking for his ip to be banned of sythe, or at minimum his account banned. I do not want others to fall victim to him mearly because he has had vouches before... thank you for your time

 

As said in the "other games" section, we cannot deal with matters regarding other games. I myself know nothing about WoW.
