/I have court because I got caught using my brother's ID to buy beer.

(Short story: I went in to buy beer. Guy asks for id to verify I'm of age, they always do that.

Correction: The under cover stood behind the worker in a regular shirt just like moving stuff around like a worker...He wasn't the actual cashier.)

Update:

Just got back from court. Was interesting. I was charged with $150 + $80 in service charges. Total fine: $230

And that's it. 0 points on my license etc. No community service or anything.

Maximum charge the Judge said I could of received was $300 + $80

Not really sure. The Judge says a bunch of stuff and was like this is a 0 point offence. (And it was in traffic court, since it wasn't a state or suny cop)
