Selling Runecoins/Key Service(Mainly ones that requires subscription to an offer)

I recently found out a way that allowed me to obtain Runecoins/Keys by "subscribing" to the Magazine offers.

Things to note:
The methods being used has NOTHING to do with paying and charging back. It has nothing to do with "YOU DIDN'T ASK ME TO TAKE PROOF" either. You do not need any materials except to pay me. You will NOT get banned for doing this as it is a legit method. Your rewards for "subscribing" to the offers will take up to 72 hours for them to review your ticket. THIS IS A 100% CHANCE OF WORKING. YOU WILL NOT BE BANNED.

A refund will be given if somehow you did not receive your keys. To receive a refund, you must follow my instructions which will find out if you did or did not get credited. Don't waste your time bullshitting me.

The ratio I will be using(taken from someone's price) will be
100 Runecoins = 1m (RS3 Gold)
5 keys = 1m (RS3 Gold)

Discounts will be given. The more you buy, the bigger discount you will receive.
You will be paying first. I will not give any "free vouches" to anyone except ONE admin/moderator.
