ExcessiveSmurfs - Getting Ignored

It says on his thread page "http://www.sythe.org/threads/www-ex...smurfs-instant-delivery-handlevelled.1894153/" that there is a 20% discount if you message their live support, or if you send them an email after your purchase.

I sent him an email 6 days ago "https://gyazo.com/4ecab4c7a09e3c6362c71cb84c581471" and have gotten ignored.

Meanwhile, on the last page of his thread somebody also complained about not receiving a refund, but supposedly got one today : "https://gyazo.com/fa92bf84b374aa0fe2416fb3a33e6be9"

Although it seems like a miniscule thing, I really would like the $5 as part of the 20% discount their thread promises.
