There were courses on Udemy on Black Friday and Cyber Monday for $10 and plenty of courses taught programming. Your best bet is to look into one of these sites, but I'm afraid it won't be cheap like those two days.

 

Actually, if you look on udemy they have sales every couple of weeks. Additionally if you choose a good course instructor there is a good chance you will get emailed discount codes when they release more courses, so once you have one course you can often get into their other courses at a discounted price. There are also a huge number of free tutorials on YouTube. You can't learn to code overnight but you can get good fast if you put in the time
