Could anyone give me guidance?

I don't know what to do with the account (combat wise) any ideas?

 

Range Tank.

Easiest way to go with your stats what they are now.

You could go for the serious range tank, and do everything with longrange. This would take ages, but would be oh so amazing.
Get your attack and strength up to 99x1.5, which is 148. Then get 99 defence and range, and you'll still be range based. If you get 1 more attack/strength level though, you'll be melee based, so just watch out for that.
What I did was get 75 attack and 73 strength so I could use my SGS for slayer to train defence.
