Corrupt/range pking need help with stats

Well I decided the corrupt baxe with a maple shortbow to pk with. I need a little help with stats tho.
My currect stats are:
Atk:60
str:72
range:74
prayer:44
magic:72
hp:71
cmb:66
On tip.it It said that I could get 19 range levels without leveling not including hp. thats what Im training now any suggestions?
