Description of events:
User Sound purchased an account from me 40 days before incident, I incorrectly assumed he had read my Terms of Service on my selling thread stating after 30 days I will not refund or replace accounts if they have issues I cannot fix. This caused the initial report. Due to my failure to verify Sound read my TOS I was found at fault and forced to return his money. It was also discovered that I have encompassed my workers and myself as the same entity when advertising my accounts as the Original Owner.

Why we should forgive you:
Before even being issued the DNT, I worked closely with Zora during the dispute with Sound to clear up my confusion on what is required to be done when selling accounts on Sythe.org. I updated my TOS not once but several times throughout the next few days, and made sure to verify with Zora that all of Sythes guidelines were now being met. imgur.com I have also verified with several new customers read my TOS. Zora was correct, despite being at the very top of my thread people just ignore it and scroll down to my accounts for sale. My TOS now also clearly states that my accounts for sale are made by me and my workers and I was confirming they read it [redacted] until my DNT ban today. I hope these screenshots show my initiative to change even without repercussions such as a DNT ban.
