Coolguyon Ban Evade Dispute

Hey sorry for making this account but I tried posting here with an unregistered user and it said I was muted and needed Mod rights to post here. Anyway I am not a ban evader, and I could prove to a mod if he wishes my real ip address, so please private message me. I know im technically "ban evading" right now because I made this account, but I am clearly going to post that in my signature as you see below. ALSO, I think I may know why this is connected to a banned account, and that is possibly through Hot Spot Shield, Its an IP hider and I use it when im pking to prevent DDoS attacks on myself. Last time I went pking was a few weeks ago though, not anytime recent. I also had an IP change recently, because my old computer crashed. Can provide Old ip and new ip, and the hotspot shield ip is random and its usually all high numbers.

as these accounts were leechers, I can almost garuntee you that these were linked to me from hotspot shield. If you still have them(the ip's) I can provide where I live, and you can run an Ip check for location.

edit: my ip should begin with 72.________ (I should haev two 72.___ ip's because my old computer crashed, and just recently got a new one), hotspot should begin with a high number, like 207.________

The IP's on those accounts are all proxies so if you based his ban purely off IP's, I think he can be unbanned.
