Cool sig problem

So anyways i really love this sig

it is kovan's. the problem is I can't contact him to talk about me using it. Can I put it in my sig as long as I say it is his? Does anyone have contact with him?

 

I think KIABIN has contact with him, for now id put it in and state its his and keep trying to contact him. If someone of importance accuses you of ripping tell him what happened.

Sorry but if you can't get in contact with him, then you can't use his signature. That's like me going to Hawaii and you just taking my life savings because you can't get in contact with me.
