Cooking with Womba- Scrambled Eggs

How to make scrambled eggs!

Here we go!


Better the eggs, the better they taste! Try to use organic eggs, best is from a local farm


Step one: crack eggs into bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Also thyme if you got it (lemon is the best).


Step two: Add a little bit of water into the bowl. Like a teaspoon. Some people use milk, I find It makes the eggs too stiff and not fluffy enough. Stir it.


Step three: Put pan on stove. Put a little bit of butter on it.


Step four: Pour eggs into skillet. If the pan is too hot the bottom of the eggs will burn. This is bad.


Step five: Once the eggs are a little cooked (25 seconds) its time to mix them up! Just mix around a bit with a spatchula or other utensil.


Step six: When they are cooked but still a bit moist quickly take them off. Again salt and pepper to taste. Also chive is good on top.

Did it taste good? I prefer the softer scrambled eggs then the hard, crusty kind.
