    You stop burning most fish when you reach a high enough level, and at a lower level with Cooking Gauntlets. You stop burning sharks at level 94 with the gauntlets on.

    Not really, it's only like a 5m loss though.

    Tuna is decent cook xp in f2p. Only 3 gp loss per fish as well, and you barely burn them.

    If you're careful about what you cook you can get through to level 90+ without a loss, from there you can make money cooking high level food. If you want the cape fast tho, just spend the few mil and get it over with.

    This, with the time you save, you can easily make the extra cash back, by doing some sort of moneymaking activity/skill.

    It is so much easier to get 99 cooking and just make the money back at green drags.

    Raw Tuna = 100
    Tuna = 97
    Loss/Profit = -3gp

    Tuna needed from 30-99 = 130,209

    Total loss = 130,209 x 3 = 390627gp..

    So 99 cooking for 400k...not bad eh? ( THIS IS THE BEST WAY FOR COST TO SPEEDNESS WISE RATIO)

    OR you could do

    Raw Salmon = 70
    Salmon - 71

    Loss/Profit of = -1gp

    To be Cooked = 144,676
    Loss total of 144k.

    Tuna is best.

    Using raw sharks will give you just a small lose. Also you can do lobsters and you lose 5-8m from 70-99 cooking.
