Having another account isn't against the rules as long as you make sure that you're not using them concurrently. His alternate account was last seen in 2016.

The rule states that a 2 week ban would apply in the case that - Interacting on Two or More Accounts/Sharing Accounts: You are strongly advised not to create more than one account at Sythe.org. If you do, ensure that the accounts do not interact with each other. Using a secondary account that is used SOLELY to bump threads while complying with the 8 hour bump rule (see above) is allowed. Sharing accounts is not allowed, however a valid legal entity (i.e. company) may have its own Sythe account, distinct from its members/shareholders, provided it complies with the other rules.
