Im almost 100% sure we are using the mouse to move in this game.
Im just going to put out this idea.

the arrow keys will work in the same way they do in Runescape BUT the new feature is a classic idea of zooming in and out by rotating the mouse wheel.
This would be a much better feature than simply pressing a button to change between two veiws. This allows everybody to get the view they want.

Should contain an arrow key movement with the mouse click to trigger an event, ie talking or attacking.

wasd movement.

Mouse movement with option of forward keys, id like to see the possibilty of strifing.
