On my old main I had 60 construction which I got in about a week. So I want to show you a guide I had written for friends. Post comments =) This is a copy off of the guide I made on WORD.

And yes it is my guide.

Construction Power Leveling​

On May 2006, JaGeX released the hardest, more expensive skill…construction. To reach construction it costs TONS of money, so sell your party hats…

1. How much does it cost?

If you want to get that 99 construction, you better be loaded…how loaded? It costs approximately 100m, yes 1-0-0-M to get 99 construction, 75m if you want to waste a lot of time, and 50m if you want to waste even more time! I’ll explain it later on.


2. How I made a really big mistake

This is not going to help you in construction, but I would like to share with you a story. I was going to go for 99 construction, I made the calculations to see how much it would cost and it came out to 10m. That’s exactly how much cash I had at the time so I said, sure! Turns out I made a big mistake…forgot to multiply it by 8 ( See later in the guide ) and it was actually 80m…I lost 6.4m by doing this, so make the right calculations!!

3. How to train from levels 1-33

I can’t really help you here. What I did was until you get 15 construction and build a workshop go to a friends house and use his workbench. Make the best flat-packable furniture you can until you get to level 33.







4. How to train from levels 33-40

Build yourself a kitchen. Build and remove oak larders, use teleports or walk from the bank. Do this until 40.


5. How to train from levels 41-99

Same way as 33-40, exept go to ardougne and get a butler. Bring some cash in your inventory and use him to get the oak planks from your bank. This is really fast!!

6. Make or buy planks?

Ask yourself these questions…

Am I too darn lazy and want to get 99 con fast? = Buy planks
Am I really poor and want to spend the last amount of cash? = Make planks
Phr33 st00f pl0x = Go away don’t even bother getting 99 construction




Making planks takes a lot of time, but a bit less cash then buying…

Making costs 265-280ea a plank
Buying costs 400ea a plank

Do the math

7. How to make planks



1. Get all your logs
2. Go to varrock east bank
3. Follow the path east then north
4. Talk to the Operator
5. “Buy plank” then buy the same log
6. Run/Tele back to the bank
