Overview and general information:

Titanium Blockchain Infrastructure Services (TBIS) is a project based around decentralised web infrastructure. They aim to offer the same services as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and others currently do. However, using blockchain technology, their goal is to do so with no downtime, heightened security and at a fraction of the cost.

TBIS Inc. will be launched as a sister company to the CEO's existing company, EHI. EHI's client list consists of many massive companies; Microsoft, Apple, IBM, Universal, RBS and Paypal to name a few. Titanium will look to leverage many of these companies straight away, and already have several partnership talks underway.

Currently the project is in the presale period (ends midnight 31st December PST) and investors receive a 20% bonus on top of their contribution. The ICO then launches on January 1st, with a 15% bonus being available for 24 hours, dropping to a 10% bonus for the following 48 hours and then finally a 5% bonus for another 48 hours. Any contributions after this period will receive no added bonus.

Token sale:

60 million BARs have been created and are distributed as follows:

60% to the public
20% to the developers (10% frozen for 12 months, with the other 10% frozen for 24 months)
10% reserved for community bounties
10% remaining in a reserve pool

The current price of BARs is $1 each, with the relevant bonus (if any) shown on the website, along with a countdown to when the current bonus expires.

The soft cap (already smashed) is $1m, with a hard cap of $35m. This means the sale will end if $35m of funds are raised. If not, the ICO will run until February 28th and any unsold tokens will be burned*.

Those who have already invested can refer others and receive a 5% bounty of whatever that person invests. For example, person A gives person B their referral code. Person B invests $1,000 and person A is rewarded 50 BARs.

*BARs won't actually be 'burned', but will simply not be created. The smart contract used during the ICO creates the coins as they are purchased (with a limit of 35m), so any shortfall of the hard cap will lead to the remaining coins not being minted.

In the thread, there are obvious shill accounts supporting this coin. Take a look at the post history of these accounts. They ONLY shill Titanium. Also, the CEO has very bad and broken English. Take a look at his replies on the thread. He goes under the username "michaelstollaire".

 

I agree with that that thread looks fishy, I am the 'deleted comment' on that reddit thread and basically said the same thing you are saying in your message. However, there are also a bunch of good things which (in my opinion) outweigh that shilling thread. For example all the news articles Titanium already been in and the news show Titanium will be in at 8 january.
