Correct, but to say you never buy off of someone's advice is comical. To each his own though! I like conversation.

This is Sythe.org, I'm not a whale lol. I'm just trying to give people some advice on the price since people seem to always be asking. I'm nothing more than self-educated on crypto

 

the people on here won't be able to dump the price at all. this is not a shitcoin with a $1000 market cap.

 

Oh, I meant someones advice that is public. If it was a close friend who told me only then yes. If it is directed toward more people, nah.

 

Gotcha- I can relate to that somewhat. As others have said multiple times, and what I've figured out thus far, is to do your own research before investing in something based off someone else's opinion or analysis.

I do agree some and maybe most alts are pumped and overvalued in the near-term, but BTC and ETH are pretty established and are beginning the adoption phase. I bought into ETH early yesterday and I'm pretty happy.

Here's a table for you since you are mentioning them (keep in mind I own stocks as well this is just for comparison).

ETH is scary. I believe the ALT coin industry is taken over by sharks who manipulate the market waiting for suckers to make a wrong move. Its basically like sitting at a poker table with Tom Dwan and Phil Ivey and trying to make the right calls.

 

It's called volatility.

 

Of course there is volatility. Crypto is a market right now with a very shallow MOAT. Government's are constantly trying to prevent that moat from getting deeper. Now we have the loonie here who reads an article and just jumps on the bandwagon which the robber had set as bait for you. Any good investor knows the sustainable profit is low risk high reward not high risk high reward as day trading ETH

 

I don't think many here are day traders, but my assumption may be wrong. I'm a hodler.

 

Well nothing to be worried about. Go into your cave and sit for the next 3 years and watch people make mistakes by losing their bank day trading and your coin go from 150 to 200 stable to 300 stable to 1K stable to 2k stable and retirement??

 

Time will tell.

 

One other advice, never investing more than you're willing to lose. Because if you can lose it then that means it can be easily be replaced. A seed is small but it can grow into a large oak. A large oak can only rot to the ground.

 

Should be interesting to see China's reaction to this price increase. Pump or dump? Keep an eye on it all.

 

I'm bought at 133 cuz I was shooting myself for selling at 93 the day before the spike. So I'm holding out.
