If you scammed, have you made any follow-up attempts on contacting your victims or received any response(s): A couple of attempts to reach him. However, none were responded to over a time period of 3 months.

I feel like it's important to link the reports against me so staff would have a reference. Also I believe it's been 4 months since I ban evaded. Haven't done anymore evasions afterwards. I don't remember if I had once pardoned or not. I do know I did dispute my ban and was told to wait till it was at least 1 month without hearing back from the victim which that time has passed by already.

RIOLU recovered an account he traded me.

I'll go step by step from past to most recent. I joined sythe in 2010. I was active there throughout pre-eoc. I had a few legit trades over that time. At the time in late 2012 to early 2014 I was inactive due to life commitments. I came back and traded a bit more when I had more free time on hands. This is where I got banned. I traded a spare 2252 total level main which is now perm banned to triple-beam for his 9hp and I had recovered the account. Now here's the thing. I tried to contact him straight for 3 months about me refunding him and Later I see triple-beam gets banned on sythe at the time I am writing this pardon. When I ban evaded on Xoaz, I was thinking he was still selling his account that I was going to pay him a refund on. I had ONLY one trade on sythe on Xoaz for another 9hp after that. I didn't scam the recent seller either. I got bored of both accounts eventually and wanted to resell them but, the next morning, I found out I got banned for ban evasion. So now I have two problems on my hands. I had a person i could not refund because he wouldn't respond and I had been ban evading.

Now here's how I'm handling this. I cannot refund triple-beam because he is BANNED on here too and no response via skype even after a staff poked him for me. I decided to not ban evade because I knew I would get further consequences if I did. I waited 4 months before filing a pardon without ban evading because I knew I needed to stay away for a certain amount of time before pardoning. But due to me not being able to refund triple-beam and the ban evasion, I requested a DnT because I do not wish to be involved with the markets anymore because that's been the problem for me but want to re-join the community. I am willing to work with the consequences in a different way if requested. I also lastly, want to genuinely apologize for what I did in 2015 which was wrong and I am willing to work to fix whatever I can in any way. This is also why I wish to stay away from the market threads but stay active in other forum threads as it kinda gets lonely a lot. If you ever decide to pardon you'll need to pay one of triple-beams scam victims back and work out the price of a 2252 total main.
