Briefly explain the trade: I got on MSN a few hours ago and found a request from the following MSN:

He asked me if I was still selling RSGP, I answered ''Yes, the rate is 0.67/M'', he then tried to lower the price but I refused, then he was finally convinced. I then asked him to give me the link to his Sythe profile so I could check out his vouches, and they were absolutely fine; I also asked him to PM me just to make sure he's not trying to scam me, and he did message me. After that, he asked me to meet him on RS so I can give him the money and he'll give me the PayPal cash. I got on RS and gave him the 24M, and then he

How they scammed: He took the RSGP and then he said he sent the money to the wrong E-mail (here's where I got suspicious), I asked him to charge-back and send the money to my correct PayPal account. After that, he said he sent it but I didn't receive anything, I told him that and he came up with the excuse that he's lagging, and then he just kept saying the same excuse and that was it.

EDIT: I just private messaged him on Sythe and he replied saying someone had access to his computer and some useless crap, what a fucking liar. If you're also not going to ban him, please, at least give him a T.W.C.
