Confused on new pardon system.

This isn't as much of a suggestion as it is a question. I'm rather confused as to the new mechanics of the High Pardon forum. The final post on this thread ( http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=973188&page=2 ) before its closing states that

EDIT: I now see that this only pertains to awarding pardons, rather than denying them. My bad.

Yet I still see posts (Like here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=976810 ) saying simply:

Likewise, more than half of the pardons on the first page have a sole reply from FireZ and are closed.

I'm not trying to put these staff in any sort of wrong light or anything, but am simply asking if the rules were reworked yet again.

 

Admins can deny or veto pardons.
