    Confirmation E-Mail at register

I think sythe really needs a confirmation e-mail when you register. They send you an email similar to the layout like a RuneScape email and then have a link. Well the link goes to the Sythe's rules and hidden is a code that once you find it you scroll to the bottom and type it in and hit enter. Then your account is active. The reason to this is because obviously newcomers like myself would be aware of some rules that weren't obvious, and also newcomers wouldn't be using fake emails. I heard of a few people on RuneScape talking about sythe who used fake email to register. Well I mean it'd prevent some random person from receiving sythe emails.

I've never understood why Sythe doesn't have this. I'm sure it was a very well thought out feature when the site was created and that Sythe has his reasons for deciding not to include that option though.

Support. It's by no means an annoyance... maybe if your an evader that makes a new account every 2 days - which is a good thing.. Eitherway, I don't think it will reduce any scamming as evaders just make a new MSN/Email everytime anyway.. well bar the idiotic ones. But I don't see any reason why it's not already implemented. It's actually really simple to do as well. Like it's a built in function, wouldn't take any effort or time at all.

Support, I doubt it'll get accepted though.

Due to the fact(s) Jam had stated.

Isn't there already a system that prevents two accounts to be created on the same ip?
Also making someone have to use a real email would not stop spammers, you could just use a temporary email address such as Trashmail, or Mailinator.
Also if this was implemented, people would make sythe email phishers to hack sythe accounts and that would suck.
IMO, this would not be beneficial to anyone.
    No Support.

You can make two accounts on the same ip as long as they dont come in contact.

OT: wasnt there already a thread about this? I support it but just read the last thread there was about this and look at the responses.
