    Computer Doesn't always Start.

My custom computer never seems to start the first time i press the button. Normally it will start the second time. I think it might be due to the graphics card being loose? If it means anything the power on the card reader comes on and thats only connected to the motherboard. I also never have a promblem with crashing or instability so i doubt its a bad motherboard. Also the cpu isnt listed under the supported list on the biostar website but it recognizes the exact model in the bios. Also i have updated the bios. Which didnt fix it.

    Specs:
    Motherboard: Biostar TA770 A2+
    Graphics: EVGA 9800gt
    Ram: 4gb DDR2 800mhz
    Processor: AMD 3.1ghz 6000+

Well did it used to start before from a touch of the button or did you have to hold the button for it to start? Try re-attaching the mains cable attached to your CPU, the fuze might be low. I doubt its any hardware problems...

can you start it first time by pressing harder? I is not related to your graphics card as you can turn computers on without them. It is probably related to the button pressing against the starter. Since you don't have power failures I doubt it's the power supply.

Also I doubt it's a loose wire as the problem would be persistant, sorta like if your internet cable is loose you will lose your internet connection eventually. How long have you had the computer?

Check and make sure all of the jumpers on the board are connected correctly and securely.
