Proposed offer: $50 via PA (25%) and 120M OS (75%) initial payment given a successful recovery test by OMM. $50 will be done via PA, so 25% of risk is protected, remaining 75% in OS will be paid using OMM to seller. After 3 months of successfully owning account, I will make an additional payment of at least 15M (to match A/W of 175M) for faithful trading with seller.
 
Newly proposed offer: 160M initial payment, 15M+ payment after 3 months. Personal contact info will be verified, OMM will perform recovery test, etc. Will be very strict if 100% risk.
