A cape you can buy after getting all 99s, 120 dungeoneering, have completed all quests, sidequests, tasks and some minigames.

Also as an add on, it's the best cape in the game, bonus wise. Literally given to a player when they "complete" the game.

 

There are two versions: Trimmed and untrimmed.

Untrimmed requires, all tasks/songs,quests and skills to be maxed.

Trimmed requires a shit load more. (all chompy kills..5000 castle war games..etc.)

i heard the new jad will drop a cape with a better str bonus than comp cape

Doesn't sound like trolling - makes sense to me. Fire Cape used to have the best STR bonus in the game (still does, next to comp. cape).

A better jad would surely have more than +.5 STR bonus...(which is how much higher the comp. cape is compared to the Fire Cape).
