Completely new to this.

I am completely new to this, I really don't want to ask someone in MSN step-by-step, since everyone's always busy, or something. So can someone help me out to know how to use the IRC? As in, what channels, how to join, everything
Thanks
<3 for those who help me

Not only that, but last I checked, IRC had an integrated help file. You could always read that
