Complaint against Arcus Isidar

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this thread. I could not find a place where to complain about a specific user besides a scam, which he did not. Just TERRIBLE customer service.

My first complaint was here;

I'll vouch, but it wasn't that great of a trade like it was a couple days ago. I stood in lumby for over 20 minutes waiting for him to accept my trade. He traded me 10m at first? I think he mixed another customers order up. I sold him the 3m and he did pay me, it just wasn't that quick at all. I'd much rather trade with Arcus Nina than I would Arcus Wang. I'll probably ask if Wang is working in a couple days when I sell again, if he is.. I'm sorry but I won't be selling to Arcus that time.

And nothing was done.

My second complaint comes today. The deal was he would give me a bond for 1m 07GP. He had no idea what he was doing whatsoever. He did not tell me he didn't know how to convert a bond until after I had gave him the 1m 07GP. I am very unsatisfied with them. He did give the 07gp back. Was such a waste of time. I will never sell to them again.

I would suggest using anyone else besides them.
