i tried to contact the ads mate Richard for days but no reply ,i paid to pre-order my banner, but he refunded me and sold to arcus, i paid on that bottom banner over 10months, Richard asked us to match his new price, i asked boss and confirm that price in 2hours,but Richard said he sold 2spots to arcus, is this shit business way ? he is sythe ads mate ,i try to get in touch but he just busy busy busy , i contact him just for banner thing ,but he ignore and sell to arcus, arcus got the first spot already ,now he sell 2spots to arcus ,that make me mad,even other bidder would be mad ,i prepare for the banner since 24th of this month ,now Richard arrange his ads like shit , he treat RSMALLS like shit , is my shit in your hand? what is the hell of this business way ? and in email he often no reply ,if you are busy can you let other good service mate to arrange ? we contact you just for businesss thing, not because you are handsome, ok ? ARE YOU OK ?

First come, first served is a renowned business motto. I can understand that your position was taken because you were too late, but to give your position to someone who already holds a position is pretty lame, especially for the same price. There should've been a deadline for your response to match his new price imo.

This behaviour is beyond unprofessional. The 20-odd nonsensical emails you sent yesterday were surely enough.

Frankly if this is how you do business I don't want to advertise your company in future as I am afraid my users (your customers) are getting this same bizarre and unprofessional behaviour from you.

1. Don't send money without first striking a deal.
2. If someone is kind enough to send your money back, that you sent without striking a deal, then don't complain.
3. Don't constantly complain about how bad a deal you think you're getting if you want to continue making similar deals in the future.
4. Be graceful in defeat. Someone outbids you and wins your spot you can try again next time.
5. Don't send 20 unprofessional emails written in incredibly broken English and then complain about the CEO of the company to the CEO of the company on his own website. (Do you even understand how this site works?)

I've tried to be generous with my time here but it's come to an end, I'm sorry. Complain once more and I'll have to give you a temporary ban. I have too many other things to deal with.
