    Community repayment? WTF

Everyone that had a community repayment worth more than 100$ was changed to just 100$.

"For fairness and simplicity, each user can receive no more than $100 (As of July 31st, 2018) in total repayment."

and "For fairness and simplicity, each user can receive no more than $100 (As of July 31st, 2018) in total repayment."

Users who had previously had more than 100$ should still be listed as their value before the rule was amended.

Change the amount repaid per roll to something like 50$-100$ maybe but to those that had values higher than 100 shouldn't be changed.

    Community repayment? WTF

Having a cap each month is a good idea but cutting down the actual debt is unfair.

If you guys are going to start doing them monthly, maybe have the $100 cap and if you win you have to skip a month or something

    Community repayment? WTF

agree with this, i've been scammed so much on this website. Maybe do a $100 cap per month, if you win you have to skip, and do the $300 maximum total repayment that you guys were planning to do. $100 is too low IMO. I wipe my ass with $100.

    Community repayment? WTF

Glad I got rolled and got my $300 now lol.

Honestly there shouldn't be a cap, there is like 150 entrys for every time they roll, if you manage to get chosen twice(or more) than you hit the damn lottery.

I get the whole "it gives everyone who has not been chosen a better chance to win" but like, 50% of the users asking for repayment(if not higher) end up banned for scamming anyway, I'd rather the money go to someone wealthier(A gold site owner or whoever) than I would give a higher chance to the other people, we are essentially passing money from a scammer to an anti scammer, back to a scammer in an endless loop.

Honestly the terms for community repayment should be raised significantly and require actual market vouches(a minimum of say, 100-250) or some sort of market presence and the cap completely gets removed.

Its kind of ridiculous to go through community repayment and see half the users that get refunded are banned for scamming, its just a endless loop unless someone highly trusted wins, and now we cant even determine that because their making everyone PM @video

Let people win all they want, who cares? If they got scammed that much than at least its going to a good cause.

I just get sick of seeing people scam, someone goes to the trouble of anti-scamming, staff roll someone in community repayment, they get their scammed money back and than scam themselves.

Like what is the purpose of this system if it just goes in an endless loop???

Raise the damn requirements vastly and remove the cap.

I mean @video @Champ @Charlotte whoever designed community repayment did not design it all the way through, I would bet a significant amount of money that over 50% of users who get repaid end up scamming, you guys are taking this the wrong direction, the cap should be raised and so should the requirements(by a lot), to break this endless cycle, your doing the opposite of what will fix this system, restricting repayment even lower just divides it even more among the scammers lol?

This system right now assumes that legitimate requests > Unlegitmate ones which in my opinion they don't and even if they DID, the money should never or VERY rarely be going to someone who ever scams.

This is suppose to repay TRUSTED users who get scammed, its suppose to be a benefit to encourage users to be legitimate and remain on the site, that's why requirements were put in the first place.

This system is not effective at its purpose, your trying to cater to "everyone" which is just resulting in money going back to scammers more than the wealthier base of Sythe.

I really don't think this has been well thought through at all.

    Community repayment? WTF

Whoever said the money was supposed to go back to trusted users? Why do they get more of a claim than anyone else.

However, this cap is bullshit. Implement a monthly cap, not a cap on your entire debt

    Community repayment? WTF

The community repayment roll is for the community, so bottom line if the community is unhappy with the current system I am very open to making changes. That said, I have to at least clear up some of the misconceptions here.

The same amount of money will be rolled for regardless of individual caps. If you have a 1/70 chance of winning $300 or a 3/70 chance of winning $100, your expected win is the same. When the system was first introduced, the rolls were infrequent and the amount being given back was generally in excess of $1,000 so a cap of $300 was reasonable. The community wanted more frequent and regular rolls (completely understandable) but monthly rolls means that there's going to be about $200 to be rolled for each month. If only one person wins each month and not even for the full $300, that doesn't seem very ideal.

@Divine very few people who have won from community repayment have gone on to scam, this is not a great argument

So leave the debt amount unchanged but implement a $100 max per month that you’re able to receive
