[CDT] Sythe Staff of the Quarter | 1st Quarter Nominations [Ends 7th of April]

Staff of the Quarter is a community-voted award to show recognition for Sythe
staff that go above and beyond throughout the community.

This quarter runs from JANUARY 1st 2023 to MARCH 31st 2023!




They are always positive and optimistic.
They are always willing to help other members.
They are active throughout the entire community.
They go above and beyond their staff duties.




The community can nominate staff members by tagging them in this thread, along with a reason for nominating them.
The Development Teams will then vote on a winner from the top 3 nominees.




Please only choose one valid staff member for your nomination.


ONLY staff are eligible.
You cannot nominate yourself.
Any troll posts or votes will result in an infraction and the punished member will receive -3 votes if they are nominated.
Selling votes is not allowed.
Asking for votes in any form may result in disqualification from SOTQ and any future CDT Events. (Including Spam Forum/Discord)





The winner of the Staff of the Quarter award will receive the exclusive Staff of the Quarter Minirank to display their achievement, as well as a SOTQ discord rank for three months.

Going to go with @Yoshiki as he’s the only active staff member. Sure, other staff is online but ever since staff promotions came out you can see the decline in staff activity, morale of the overall team, and general disorganization.

Yoshiki is a deserving next in line administrator. He answers questions, reports, and has a good reputation amongst the community.

@Yoshiki has my vote. Really goes above and beyond in taking care of the site. Not many active mods these days who really put their head down and take care of business the right way and Yoshiki comes first to mind. 2nd in line for me would be @Pikachu and @BlackBlasses. Keep up the great work boys

 

I’m going to vote for @Yoshiki as well because I really think he’s a stand-up mod. He’s dedicates a lot of time to making this community better and is far superior to any staff member

His contributions have not only been invaluable, but truly transformative. Yoshiki is the epitome of excellence, and it is an absolute privilege to work alongside him.

@Pikachu's remarkable work ethic and profound enthusiasm have also been truly remarkable. His unwavering commitment to detail and passion for his role have been nothing short of inspirational, helping our team achieve excellence time and again. @Pikachu's contributions to our team's success have been immense, and I am grateful for his unwavering dedication and commitment.

It is essential for all of us to acknowledge the remarkable contributions of our colleagues, and I hope you'll all join me in celebrating Yoshiki and @Pikachu for their exceptional work. They have made a significant impact on our workplace, and it is an honor to work alongside them.

Activity means a lot when it comes to this stuff and the staff member I’ve seen the most is @Yoshiki. If he keeps it up can definitely see him getting admin.

 

@Yoshiki for all the aforementioned reasons. He has a strong moral compass, is extremely active, handles his business professionally and respectfully, and is genuinely a kind person [ most of the time ].
